Bored after an hour

My 4 1/2 year old painted everything paintable and fixed both toy "patients" on the first 30 min we had the game, and we spent the next 30 minutes listening to Doc yell "Ceiling!" as we tried in vain to get the game to do anything else interesting. A total waste of five dollars.
